Our signature, slow roasted suckling pig is the perfect centerpiece for any event! Our whole roasted miniature pigs will wow your guests and please every palate! We marinate and air chill each pig to ensure a perfect crispy skin, then oven roast the pig for 6 hours at a low temperature which creates a fall-off-the-bone sensational pulled pork experience! The pig is served on a bed of saffron vegetable paella and accompanied with our housemade barbecue sauce.
