First Course

Paired with a Southern Fried Oyster served with a light Old Bay Remoulade Sauce, topped with Pickled Red Onions and Fresno Peppers.
Second Course

Paired with Goat’s Cheese Salad served with Roasted Beets and Caramelized Walnuts, tossed in an Orange Vinaigrette Dressing, served over Fresh Arugula.
Third Course
Penner-Ash Pinot Noir
Paired with Halibut Filet served over a Lobster and Eastern Shore Corn Succotash; drizzled with a light Lemon Butter Sauce.
Fourth Course

Paired with Marinated Lamb Chops served over Cucumber Yogurt and a warm Orzo Salad with Roasted Asparagus and Patty Pan Squash.
