Includes a $6,000 Food & Beverage credit applied to select catering menus
Credit may be applied toward food and/or hosted beverages. Any amount exceeding the credit will be billed at standard rates.
Vendor Registration
The Barn & Lodge Bridal Expo provides a unique and invaluable opportunity for you to directly connect with brides and grooms. This curated event offers a chance to showcase your products and services to couples actively planning their special day, fostering meaningful interactions that transcend the limitations of traditional marketing channels. The expo provides an intimate setting where vendors can engage in one-on-one conversations, understand the specific needs and preferences of each couple, and tailor their offerings accordingly.
Important Exclusions:
The following are not included in the giveaway:
Sales tax, service charge, or gratuity. Additional event hours beyond the included five (5). Décor, rentals, entertainment, florals, photography, or outside vendors. Menu upgrades, premium items, or add-ons beyond the $6,000 credit.
Booking & Contract Requirements
Winner must execute a standard Wedding Event Agreement. A signed contract and required deposit are necessary to secure the date. Giveaway has no cash value and is non-transferable.
Availability & Restrictions
Event date subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply, including peak season Saturdays and holidays. Giveaway must be redeemed within the designated promotional timeframe. Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
